Troubleshooting
Workspace and Component issues
If a unique functional issue is experienced for the first time, close the workspace or component and reopen, or restart the application and try again. Sometimes the issue is a temporary glitch and can be resolved by relaunching the component or application.
Java Upgrade – after completing the upgrade, previous Java settings may be incompatible with the new version and the Java cache must be cleared. Refer to Java Help for instructions.
Browser Upgrade – the upgraded Java version may be incompatible with the current browser version and must be upgraded. For instructions on how to upgrade, visit your browser’s help resources:
System Diagnostics
Sometimes the issue experienced is unique and is specific to the user’s system configuration. In order to investigate the cause of the issue, the Java console script is required.

Launch Issues
If FlightDesk launched before but not now or not on a new computer, follow instructions below.
Performance and Stability
If FlightDesk is unresponsive or the performance lags, test the internet connection on internet service provider’s site. If multiple components or workspaces are opened within FlightDesk, close some components or workspaces to see if performance improves.
If FlightDesk is unstable and disconnects after a short period of time, ensure application is not running in Private Browsing Mode On with browser tools/settings.
